A comprehensive course to prepare aspiring management associates for assessment centres.
The Assessment Centre (AC) is a popular mode of interview used widely by MNCs as part of the selection process for Graduate/Management Associate Programmes. ACs test for a wide range of skills, competencies and character/personality traits.
This workshop teaches students how to excel in ACs and allow students to get hands-on practice with the common components of ACs.
This course is targeted at graduating students and fresh graduates with less than 3 years of experience who are interested in applying for graduate programs/management trainee jobs with a highly competitive selection process.

helping companies with sustainability & energy management. He
has worked with and pitched to leaders from over 100 companies from various industries and segment. Zheng Peng is passionate about human capital and leads the Assessment Centre workshops.

them detailed feedback.
